I read the reports. I have also noticed that you NEVER post anything helpful to the OP. It doesn't matter who responds, they are automatically inducted into the FICTITIOUS Team Rebutt.

If you are really reading the reports, you will see that there are at least 19 member who always has a smart axx answer. Now one of the member who corrects people claims to be using her cell phone to text, that why she has grammar errors. When the shoe is on the other foot, the world is wrong and Team Rebutt is the almighty. Have a nice day

As a member of this FICTITIOUS Team Rebutt, I hereby grand The Outlaw Josey Wales permission to post his advice for the OP.
The OP asked for "HELP" in all capital letters in the second to last line of his post. I simply posted what I would do in his situation and offered some insight on exactly how these types of programs usually end up working out.
I hereby issue you a challenge to post better advice than I have posted. If you can come up with better, more sound advice for the OP, I will close my account on ROR.

Did you notice if the advice was sound, or did it sound like more of Team Rebutt BS???

Call your bank and report your card stolen. Tell them you want to dispute the charge. Also, request to have your card number and account number changed.
SafeCart is just the service the company you bought the program from uses to process the payment.
As with almost all similar programs, the initial scan would have been free, then they would charge you for additional scans and/or any repairs needed. Most of these paid programs will actually show a lot more errors resulting from the initial scan than are actually present in order to make you think you really need the repairs.
Have you actually noticed any differences in the way your system is running now versus the way it ran when you first got it?
