SAI - Security Associates International Don't do business with these people unless you enjoy being screwed over Arlington Heights Illinois
This company is absolutely worthless. They screw up your billing then require multiple faxes and phone calls to correct their own errors. You will be on hold for at least 30 minutes minimum before you speak to anyone. They will bill you for services they didn't provide (like installation). Our alarm has never gone off, but I'm not truly certain that they are actually monitoring anything.
The people I talked to recently were as helpful as possible in deactivating and replacing a stolen fob, but I waited 45 and 37 minutes respectively on the two calls I had to make. Either they are horribly understaffed (The second guy I talked to knew who the first guy was instantly when I mentioned his common first name, say what? Have they got like three guys working the service dept. for a supposedly international company?) or the volume of complaints is huge. My guess is both.
We will be canceling as soon as our contract expires and going with a more reputable alarm/security company. I should have known better when they were going around the area letting off multiple young guys from the back of a van to knock on doors that it was a really bad idea.
