SAI/CastleRock Security Inc Security Associates International, INC. This company offers no security to my family. We have been paying them for 3 yrs and have had many alarms go off with no call from them or police dispatch to our home. When we called to tell them ab Internet
We signed a 3 year contract with these people when they were S.A.I. When they became Castle Rock we received a telephone message telling us about the change. We have never received anything from them in writing. After they got our money they were never heard from again.
Over the years we have had several alarms go off accidentally and their dispatch center never called us to see if we were ok. They never sent help!
Once they sent help when our alarm didn't go off---this was out of the blue?!?
I called them numerous times at their emergency line and got the run around, except for the time that the recording said the office was only open between such and such hours. That makes no sense. They are emergency security, when our alarm goes off accidentally (which can be any time) they need to answer our calls.
Point is their service has never made us feel safe, ever. I don't reccomend this company to anyone!
