Saint Paul Stamps Sold stamps that supposedly were of collectible quality for $2800 Mossuri Branson Missouri
On December 3 2014 Terry? called and sold me supposedly collector stamps for $2800 which would be sold at shows which were held four times per year. I was promised a 40-50% return on my investment. I did not receive any further calls from the salesman and no return on my investment. The phone numbers listed on the confirmation letter are bogus. One is a private number unrelated to Saint Paul Stamps and the other is toll fee requiring a remote access code which I do not have. The phone then disconnects.
