Sallie Mae Financial ripoff, dishonest, harrassing, fraudulent claims, will not account for money returned to them Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania
I enrolled in a career training school in weathersfield, CT on 2-21-04, and class was set to begin in june. However I changed my mind about going to the school and sumitted my withdraw on april 4, 2004. As per my contract, it stated that all refunds are due thirty days after my withdraw. The money was returned to SLM.
For the past seven months I have been harassed, and talked into paying back a loan that SLM already has received back from the school I never attended. They have had 5 different collectors call me for money. I have explained it a million times, but all they want is more money from a poor college student.
I am filing this report in hopes that someone reading this knows how to help me restore my credit and take down SLM for good.

this company is giving me probalme, they keep sening the wrong amount to my school and telling me i have to take out another loan. you do not even know how many loans i have taken out now. i am going to an private school in an excelerated program, you compleate 4 years in 18 months for a bachlors. it sucks because it costs 35 thousand every 8 months, thats a tatal of 70 thousand and they keep sending the wrong amount. i sare they say i owe like 130 thousand by now because they keep telling me i have to take out more loans. well i dont know how i can help you but we should do something about this company, if you have any ideas let me know.
