I purchased a blanket online. It was unique and was purchased as a gift. The website said I would receive my purchase in 25 days or less. It has now been 54 days and I have not received my package. I contacted the company via email. They asked if I had a tracking number. I told them they did not provide one. They said, I had to pay extra for a tracking number. I went to the Post Office to ask if I had to pay for a Tracking Number. They said, No. They said all packages have a tracking number and that I should ask for one from the company. I have emailed the company again. I have not heard from them.
