I performed an appraisal for Ballinger on a late model Jaguar XJ Portfolio. The car had been stolen and destroyed. His original insurance settlement was about $19,000.00. My appraiasal and market research resulted in a supplemental insurance payment of $11,000.00 for a total insurance settlement of $30,000.00. He stiffed me out of me fee of $275.00. Moreover, this turd doesn't live far from me so I paid him a visit to collect my fee. He was locked up in the Hillsborough County, Florida jail! This disgusting, fat slug is the type of person who is a chronic criminal and liar. His kid is also a repeat offender and occupant of various jail cells.
