San Antonio Bexar County Jail, Jail Guard Mr. Cabrera Violates Inmates Civil & Constitutional Rights and has them beat up by the Turtle Squad in the San Antonio Texas Bexar County Jail. He is hated by all inmates because he won't quit staring at them in suggestive ways.

San Antonio, TX - Bexar County Jail Guard - CABRERA, VIOLATES inmates CIVIL and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!!

*** Mr. Cabrera works as a jail guard on the 6th floor of the San Antonio Bexar County Jail. He continually harasses and violates inmates Civil and Constitutional Rights. He's a rookie that "THINKS" he's tough, but he's not. He's a small, obnoxious, immature little boy looking for some type of so-called power to justify his small stature. He creates violent situations within the jail facility. He falsely accuses inmates of assault towards himself after he instigates the incident. He then cries "WOLF" and calls in the TURTLE SQUAD with their helmets & batons to beat down the inmate. He files false reports on the inmates and plays games with their lives. He loves to watch the inmates get beaten.

He gets off staring at the inmates while they take showers and go the the restroom. He does improper search and seizures of the inmates cells and throws away their personal property and legal papers. He opens un-opened mail and reads it, especially when he's ONLY looking for grievance letters that inmates have turned in to report Mr. Cabrera's criminal actions. He retaliates against the persons sending in grievance complaints even though it's against the law to retaliate....plus, isn't it supposed to be confidential? SO what's up with that? And what does the Bexar County Jail Administration do?

NOTHING!! They sweep it under the rug like the rest of the corrupt crap that happens there. Sure these inmates are there for a reason, but they have rights just like anyone else. How can our justice system break their own laws and get away with it? When is someone going to do something and get these corrupt people out of the system? We need someone to, (as they say), ..."Police the Police" If Bexar County really does do any type of proper investigation into Mr. Cabrera's criminal acts inside their jail walls, they will find out that they need to terminate this man's employment. He doesn't belong in the San Antonio justice system since he's so deranged.

Someone definitely needs to take action before this jail guard, Mr. Cabrera, starts an all out RIOT within these jail walls. He's incompetent and anyone that continues to let him violate the inmates in this manner are just as guilty as he is. Mr. Cabrera belongs on the other side of the jail bars. He continually creates havoc with the inmates just DARING them so he can call the SERT SQUAD (the turtles) It needs to be STOPPED! immediately!

Miranda - IMMEDIATELY - Go to the FBI located in the old postoffice building in downtown San Antonio. The FBI went to the jail for me and did alot of questioning. I had to keep at them and keep pushing them to do it but if the jail knows you have the FBI aware of this situation then things should get easier for him. If your husband has all the bruises and marks of being beaten then ask the FBI to go see him NOW so they can talk to him and see for themselves. Tell them you FEAR FOR HIS LIFE!!!! You have to FIGHT!!!!! and don't give up!!! Of course it's Bexar Counties word against your husbands BUT let them know they've been REPORTED to the FBI! Bexar County can always say that he resisted them OR he got into a fight with another inmate but if he had injuries like you said, that's more than just a little fight. That's ABUSE and it's against his RIGHTS!! It doesn't matter if he's in jail....he still has RIGHTS!!! ****** GOOD LUCK -
