Christopher Scott, Naomi Lake and Melanie Cain maintain an environment of hostility and hatred toward non-indians that just recently threatened the integrity of the health center and that reflects on their lack of real spirituality. This is shameful because they are a bad example to the Native youth which, in lack of any better role models, look up to them. Christopher Scott is the worse of them as he seems to hold in arrogant contempt, anyone who is not Indian or gay like he is. I used to attend this place for substance abuse services but I no longer do so as they have let go of their best Doctors and counselors and struggle to find anyone willing to align themselves with their hated and arrogance.
I was informed that the youth center's coordinator, christopher scott, recently was carried away to jail for threatening to hurt a non Indian Doctor. This person was fired from Wal-Mart for being emotionally unstable and yet he was hired by the SDAIHC as coordinator at the youth center having no credentials at all. They claim to have a substance abuse program but such program has no structure at all.The board of directors is a joke. This place will not improve until they fire christopher, naomi and melanie. They also seem to be using tax payer money to foster " Two spirited lfestyle " on the youth attending the center. No wonder conservatives are trying to shut down services like these. They need to sanitize this place and clear all the hatred from it.

I agree to the above statement, that this place is coming to a disaster. They fire the wrong people and keep those there that are not helping our people.The native people. I have wondered to myself why Joe Bufler and the board are allowing this to happen. Why must they lwy go of Dr.Cain but keep April faubel, why the let charlene redner go as well. But still have April theRE.... i believe she does nothing, but yet Naomi her supervisor lets her slide with things. I know this for a fact because I have made several complaints on April. I hope writing this will open eyes of the employees,and clients, because people do deserve tp be treated r ight and with respect. And so far no one is getting it. No wonder the front desk crew have a bitchy mood. Corina and Monica especially. And why they let go of Letty and Samantha.I really those two were hope for the front desk. But of course the board or administration see that. I can go on and on about this place. But I just hope those who read this will add to this and speak up and warn othets. God bless this center
