bad customer service verbal and mental abuse condescending bad communication treat customers paying 3-9 times the price of retail shoes. nb running shoe avg 60-80.00. here they charged 150.00. they are running a scam and possibly running drugs through the store. there is a few bad reviews also. when confronted with not calling a customer they are hostile and argue and are unreasonable people bc they are drunk and high they need a state audit mentally abusive degrading condescending failed to communicate by email the day shoes came in santa barbara ca
