Complaint Review: Santa Cruz County Family and Civil Civil Court System - Watsonville California

I've been a a victim of FOUR unlawful cases in Santa Cruz County in under a year. The four cases have violated my constitutional rights, violated my daughters rights, caused humiliation, and child endangerment. 

This is human torment by my own County completely underserving towards a mother with NO criminal record, no history of abuse or drug abuse .  In additon County of S.C. has taken  my health, home, daughter, and well being away (but not for long).  HOW you may ask- I have no idea, but a County this corrupt needs to seriously be 'put on blast?  Below are the four lawsuites filled with lies, corruption, fraud, and misconduct not following 'rules of the court'. A TOTAL RIPP OFF REPORT!!!

Case #1 March 2011- TOXIC TORTE LITIGATION. My daughter and I were exposed to Toxic Mold and mite contamination living in Capitola at the Capitola Knolls on Callas Lane. After months of unexplainable health symptoms by 5+ different PAMF doctors (who do not know a thing about mold but say they do) we saw the mold seeping in.  Told the landlord and was evicted 3 days later as they lied and said condo was sold. County sent out 'smell tester' Building Official to...yes 'Smell Test' for toxic mold contamination.  Of course his 'sense of smell' was off that day and he said 'no nold'. Hi hired a CERTIFIED Industrial Hygenist and confirmed elevated airborne Toxic Most was definitely present.  With three months, I was lied to by Environemental Health and Health Department, sued with a Unlawful Detainer, and handed a judgement of $7,000.  This was WITH a positive bloood test showing high level to exact molds found in condo.  DFEH was my next avenue which may have caused the following.....



 Case #2 & #3 May/June/July 2011 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE & EX-PARTE FOR CUSTODY- In May my ex who did not live with us or understand toxic mold and mite contamination had an outburst of anger in discussing the challenges of no landlord accountaility and out of rage he pushed me.  This was witnessed by a Park Ranger and he was arrested for Domestic Violence/Battery and served an EPO.  In June suspiciously my Toxic Torte case AND DV hearing fell on the same exact time and day after attorney for slumlord ammended date twice. I asked D.A. to only drop criminal charges (with no mention of dismissing of case). With conflicting hearing dates D.A. said I should attend  landlord/tenant case and will handle the DV case with mandated Anger Management Cases Etc. In July after sending a text message to ex-landlord taken completely out of context two officers show up at my hotel room asking if I ws suicidal because of text sent. As I explained no, they grabbed me, left bruses and abrasions in forcing me in cuffs and brought me to Behavioral Health on a 51/50 and a drug test.  Drug test was clean and I was released within hours, Within one hour of my arrival at behavioral health I receive a call from my ex regading an ex-part for sole custody. I was never served a proof of service, there was no hearing the following day, and Judge Heather D. Morse granted a DV abuser sole custody.  It has since been a living nightmare and my rights have been totally violated in every way from all the misconduct, conflict of interest, and not following 'rules of the court'.

   

    Case #4 February/March 2012- Abusive father was using  an invalid stay away order on me from my daughters school and after school program Campus Kids Connection (which they wrongfully honored for months) as the Exec Dir of CKC has past criminal charges for grand and petty theft plus much more.  Finally he got his retraining order on me after his 2nd attempt in February (now making stay away order valid) because I placed an email in his unlocked truck. Yeah sure, that warrents a 5 year restraining order.  I called the D.A. about how bad father had violated his PRO and D.A. informs me his case is dismissed, which I found UNBELIEVABLE. Now I'm placing gifts at the end of my ex's driveway for my daughter because he is harboring her at this point with courts giving abuser even more power with his PRO. So I deliver a gift in the middle of the day when neither of them are home and at at 1am in the morning a sherrif knocks on my door.  I was then issued a ticket for violating my restraining order because I delivered a gift and came in less than 100 yards of his home since he now has creepy survailence cameras up. The officer knowing I've never been arrested but could have arrested me that night instructed me  I HAD TO pre-book myself 10 days before court hearing at police station.  What a bunch of BS- like I'm a idiot.  Wonder who paid him to say that. I called the D.A. and set up a meeting.  D.A. lied right to my face saying fathers D.V. case was dismissed and nothing can be done.  I hired a PI and found out it's not dismissed, it's that the information is not getting entered into the courts computer system.  A DV court hearing date was within 2 weeks of my beeting at D.A.'s office when D.A. said I should have let him know if I wanted to be notified of hearings after asking 'why was I not informed'.  That's NOT 'Victims Assistance' their office seems so proud of that's 'Victims Resistance' if you ask me.



So our fine tax dollars will now go towards jury trial hearing scheduled on June 14th at 10am for a mother (me) who violated a unwarrented restraining by delivering a gift to her daughter in the drive way of her father who is harboring her like a sicko and should have never been granted custody in the first place. 

Also, case is turning into Child Endangerment because father refuses and neglects to do needed and necessary blood testing for Toxic Mold & Mite exposure like I had. Plus he will not get a second opinion and my girl had the same syptoms as I months ago.



People have gone from 'kicking one while there down' to 'kicking, lying, cheating, and stealing' while one is down. All while court system and attorneys not only enable this abuse they get kick-backs for it by misused HHS State Funding not authorised for these types of cases and corruption.  Look up "Family Court Corruption and Corrupt 'Fathers Right's' Court Cases for information online.  This corruption is wide-spread and was started by Childrens Rights Counsel (CRC) and was founded by a registered pedophile Richard Gardner.  CRC Santa Cruz chapter is at Calvary Church.  Well isn't that special giving such a holy perception on PURE DISGUST??!!!
