FAY/MARSHA ANDERS OF sultants A.A.O.I.S MADE WITHDRAW FROM A CURRENT LOAN GAVE ME A RATE, IN WHICH I WAS PLEASED UPON CONFIRMATION WITH THEM THEY DEMANDED THAT IF I DONT FLY BACK TO N.Y. IMMEDIATELY ROCKVILLE CENTER New York
I was quoted a rate by Fay at which time i was in a loan agreeement and comittment with another co, I was given a guarantee by Fay and Marsha Anders. At this time I was on Vacation in Houston. I was called by Fay and she suggested that I fly back to N.Y. to get my appraisal and that upon such my loan rate at 5.75% would close in a tow to three weeks period.
I asked them that we they sure that this deal was certain, and Thier answers were yes. I futher stated that I do not want to buy a tickect at this time to go to N.Y. because I drove to Houston and that I would have to leave my family there to return to N.Y. that they must give me the assurance that the loan is as promised because my money is limited and that by buyin a ticket for $700-800 and then paying an appraisal fee for $350 plus transportaion expense through and from the airport would be very costly and my funds were limited. They gave me the assurance that all is well. Upon returning to N.Y. by Air and complying with thier demands based on thier assurance, they stalled my loan processing and changed thier promised rate to 8-9%. I called several times and they did not return my call I asked them to fax all info to my attorney Rodney Sindab from the first day we talked and they never did.
