Just received a message on my answering machine from Larissa at Satellite Systems Network today saying that I never sent a form in and that is why the System was never sent to me. I was never told to send a form in and was never able to send a form in because I could never get a hold of customer service for them to tell me to send a form in. Larissa's message said that she would be sending my Home Theatre System in the mail within the next two weeks despite no form. Strange thing about all this is that I was never able to get through to this company yet somehow they knew I was complaining.... thanks to this web site???? Or maybe Direct TV contacted them because I was able to file a complaint with Direct TV regarding this company. I will let you know if my system arrives. If others are dealing with this let Direct TV know so they stop doing business with these people.
