I regret using this company and want other people to know that it is difficult to deal with them. They do not have a phone number nor are they willing to call me and resolve this in a reasonable manner.  They had the wrong laptop charger/powercord sent to me for a total of $27.17  , but they charged me $19.99 plus shipping. Their return policy states 100 percent refund, except for shipping.  I was able to call the company that shipped it to me and they told me it is a $9.99 cord and they don't carry the one that I need.
