I have recently discovere the above mentioned company has been taking money out of my checking account for months now and I can't stop them!

They take money out at will my account becomes overdrawn and I have to pay the bank in order to keep my necessary checking account open. This has caused me great hardship. I am a single parent trying to raise 5 children and I'm on a fixed income. This company is ruining my credit history which may hinder me from getting any kind of future loans for myself or to assist my children into getting into a decent college.

Giving bank info by phone opens you up for stuff like this

If you provided them info by phone or their website you opened your self up. Never ever provide checking account info to anyone unless you want to open yourself up. The best bet is to just go ahead and close the account (the bank can help you). Just tell them the problem there shouldn't be an issue. If there is move your accounts to a different bank.
