Scalp Med buy two get one free rip-off, fraud, deceit, no "free" third shipment Arden North Carolina
I went to the website to order product. The website insisted on introductory offer of buy 2 get 3rd free. They were to break up first shipment into two payment payments, second payment bieng one month after the first. The schedule showed that there would be a month before the second shipment charge would be due.
They would charge my card right before the second shipment would be sent. In less than ten days after the second payment for the first shipment, they attempted to charge my card again, since I had not recieved the bill from the credit card company and no payment to the card, there was lack of available credit. They sent me a letter claiming that my order had been reserved and call them to provide alternative payment.
I gave them a call, set up the payment, then was told that I would not get the third shipment for free because of having to change to a different credit card. After heated discussion with CS employee, was transferred to Supervisor Steve. He reluctantly agreed to allow different card to be used, he also agreed that it would not affect the shipment of the "free shipment".
Called today to see why never recieved the "free shipment", talked with Laura, she said Steve was her supervisor. Explained to Laura the problem. While I was on hold, Laura claims she talked with Steve and that I had cancelled the October shipment.
I CANCELLED NOTHING! Common sense dictates that someone who has paid over $300.00 to a company is not going to cancel their "Free" shipment.
The company has repeatedly attempted to get out of honoring the free shipment, and this company lies to it's customers.

A rippoff in more ways than you think

If you search their website you will find the list of ingrediants. The main on is minoxidil or Rogine. So you are paying 300.00 for rogaine. I can go to any store and buy an over the counter bottle for about 30.00 or less. Total scam ripoff. One more thing the hair that Rogaine grows is like a short peachfuzz, it will not grow a full head of hair. Save your money.
