Trial Size Set as well as the Automatic Shipping of the Product , as long as one cancels out prior to 60 Days, which I did do after using the trial set for 43 days.
Now, their customer Service Dept. will NOT honor their 60 day Guarantee and said the Trial Set is only refundable within a 30 day period, which when I called the Sales desk back, 10 min. later, and they repeated to me "No, it is for the trial set as well as the future sets, 60 days"... which the Customer Service Dept. still refuses to Refund, even the trial sets I have...
I told the Customer Service Dept. to whom I talked to at the Sales Desk,and they refused to call the person that I have spoken to, saying "it's NOT THEIR JOB, to clarify what I was orininally told"...
