First of all Mr. Evil Dwarf,
You should really at least make an attempt to get facts before you post garbage to this fine forum. Schneider already operates a union shop in Green Bay. It's called Schneider Transport. This was the original company, and existed long before Schneider National became a gleam in Don's eye. Learn how to spell Teamsters please, I am sure that labor union would appreciate the courtesy.
As for the retirement plan, no company on this earth OWES you a retirement plan. not Schneider, or anyone else. Your retirement planning is your responsibility. It is not a right, or an entitlement. Social Security wasn't even designed to cover all your expenses in retirement. It is only there to augment what you have already set aside to take care of you when you retire.
We have already seen what happens when labor unions and pension plans are out of control. Just look at Government Motors. And you, and I, and every other American got to bail them out. as trucking companies go, Schneider has one of the best benefit plans going. And while mistakes will at times be made, at least they make an attempt to make the plans better as they go.
I hope you seek out counseling for your anger issues. I have been to Seville Ohio many many times and I know it can be a depressing place. Happy Holidays to you and yours...

Not only do you get your facts wrong, you are sadly illiterate.
