I filled out an application to contract my truck to Schneider back in October 2017. During the process I didn't own a truck initialy at that time. I was contracted by one of their recruiters by the name of Jose Travera. During the process we went back and forth with phone calls. Mr Travera would ask me various questions in regards to my eligability.

During one of those calls I was asked about a traffic incident I had back in Nov 2013. I was blown off the road by a gust a wind. The incident was deamed an act of God/extreme wind. I told Mr Traveris the details of this accident play by play. There was no doubt about it they were provided the details of the incident.

Once my applicaton was accepted I went out and completed the purchase of a semi for $51,000 to lease onto Schneider.

In November about a month after being contratcted with Schneider I received a call from a Wendy Vanstraten stating she needed a copy of my VA incident report from 11/2013. I asked her was there a problem She stated it was merely for my files.

I sent for the report and finally received and sent the copy to Wendy Vanstraten on 01/2018. The following Monday I received a call from my Schneider DBL stating my contract will be voided due to not meeting Schneiders standards based on that incident report.

At issue was they claim I had a jackknife incident which is not the case. I had an incident due to an act of god. Which Schneider was very aware of before signing me on.

After my termination I have found that on their employee website another potential applicant asked a question in regards to jacknifes and the a representative from the company recruiting department says that the applicant is still eligable for employment if meets other standards. Meanwhile I have been told the oppisite. I have attached a copy another driver asked them. On page 10 it clearly shows contridictary language in the answer to that driver and what they terminated my contract for.

Unless you are not black you will find it hard to find employment in Merica today. It's not right to treat somebody like this hire you knowing that they knew you already had the accident. This was a low down dirty rotten to the core! I would sue if I were you! Don't let the dirty slime at Schneider get away with the wrong they did to you.

Swift will hire you. But you will be harassed from what I have learned when trying to deliver a load or getting a load from loading terminals.  The employees at the loading terminals do not like swift drivers they will jack the trailers up high to make things hard on you because you're a swift driver.  And because of the reputation, Swift has other drivers on the road will intentionally cause an accident with swift drivers. So to just waste your time you have to lower the trailers just to hook up to them.

I have seen videos from youtube about the way swift drivers are treated. They are mainly a company who helps you get your experience. Which you need 1 or 2 years over the road driving experience before any other companies will hire you.
