Scholastic Billing Procedures/Phone Calls repeat bills, collections, unhelpful customer service reps Baltimore Internet
They call and want you to try their product for a couple of weeks, if you dont like it you can send it back. Most of the products are consumable--stickers, workbook, writing. They have billed me for merchandise never received. I called and asked them to stop sending "preview merchandise" Customer service rep said she could not. I said "could you call when merchandise is sent" no. They call constantly and I always recognize it as "Connecticut Call" on my caller ID
