I feel taken advantaged of.I just got off the phone with a bill collector for Scholastic books. Scholastic books has turned over my account to a bill collector. After calling a number of times to Scholastic and having to leave massages. I even tried e-mailing them. I never got to talk with anyone. I was told by the bill collector that I had 60 days to return the encyclopedias. In was never told I had 60 days. I tried leaving massages about not having the money for postage and It beening very difficult for me to carry and pick up the box. I kept looking over the bill sent with the box. It does not say a word about what you should do if you don't want them as most packages have. Now, they won't take them back regardless the reason. the bill collector says I made a payment for $12.95. Well, this payment was for some fun reading offer that comes with toys that makes it fun for your kids to read. I always send back the payment that cames on the small box. I had just canceled this offer about the same time I was having to deal with this encyclopedia. I don't understand why they would take the payment for one account to pay for the other account. What can I do about it?
