On 11/7/2005 I was looking at my credit report I noticed an inquiry on my report from the above company. I called them and they stated they were trying collect a debt. I stated to them send a letter so I could excise my right under the FDCA.and they stated ok. Then on 11/15/05 at 4:45pm a Maria Gonzales called and wanted to when I was going to pay the debt I stated to her that as I got the letter I would respond She became very upset stated I that I got the letter and used it in a wood stove like all people of North Carolina use to cook with. Then stated that they would E-mail me copy on 11/16/05. I never got it.

I called at 3:15pm,I talked with Melvin White and asked if they send a letter so I could use my rights under the FDCA.He became very upset and told me that I could not dispute this debt. Cause thirty days had passed. I never got an initial letter as they stated. I would just like to use my rights under the FDCA.They have placed their name on my credit file as account open as 8/2005.like I'm making payments to them I had no knowledge of this until I seen the inquiry on my credit report 11/7/05.I found that they been in trouble with the MA AG's Office for this problem.
