Laurel Land Memorial sales person Barrry Baughman sold a marker for my mothers' plot previously paid for. In addition two plots were purchased at that time and I have reason to believe they are not available.
Communicating with the people in charge of the cemetary has been extremely difficult. And because of this difficulty, my mother was in an unmarked grave much longer than what was considered normal; prolonging closure for my family and I.
A refund of the monies padi for the marker has been received after much exerted effort. ZI have requested a refund for the two plots purchased but have received nothing to date.
