Complaint Review: Scootermax - Orlando Florida

 So per court order, Laurence Regan and I (Ann Marcucci) went to pick up the bike from Scootermax and because Scootermax was court ordered to return the scooter without charging storage fee's......They stripped the bike of parts. Computer, Brake System ect, Thank God pictures were taken of the bike when brought to them and as soon as retreived so Sm. Claims can be completed along with the BBB report. Also Consumer Affairs has been notified. We were willing to have all these complaints removed and place a rebuttal stating Scootermax worked with us, but due to this decietfulness on their end charges are being filed for grand theft. I will upload police reports and court order if needed. Due to me not being a mechanic (Ann) and my husband not being aloud on property I did not know what to look for and signed yes bike was given to me but as I was told by officers the receipt i signed is invalid as I did not know what to look for and I did not own the property being received. The bike was running when brought to them and not stripped of parts as you can see by previous reports.

First and foremost I did not say my name was Joshua. My name is JOSIAH, get it straight. I am not who ever you are fighting with now, but am glad to know I am not the only one you screwed over. I started doing some research once you placed this rebuttal and WOW....You do screw people over. I will make sure that you try and learn customers are always right and you need to learn to assist people instead of trying to make a quick buck and screwing everyone. I will be trying to get in contact with this other customer and assisting him with LAwyer or what ever it takes for you to return the "Stolen Merchandise" you know have in your possession. You should know if YOU (DID) get your funds back that even as you say (owes storage) you have to return merchandise and take to small claims for storage fees. YOU CANT HOLD STOLEN MERCHANDISE UNLESS U WANT TO BE ARRESTED...

I am writing this rebuttal in regards to this recent ripoff report that was written. This person is attempting to ruin our reputation and deter customers from shopping at ScooterMax all of these statements are false and we never sold a bike to a person named joshua nor did we do repairs and he came back with issue all of this is lies made up from a different customer who is very angry that he was a drunk and crashed his bike. He brought his bike in and tried to blame the manufacture Tao Tao. We said we would contact Tao Tao and find out what they recommend and they said they never had any issues with there bikes in the manner that these customers where claiming. Than this customer attempted to chargback our merchant account causing us a lot of fustrations. We fought our claim and won because he was being deceving and posting false information all over the internet we submited the receipts and won fair and square. He now owes over $900 in storage fees for his totaled bike which he destroyed on his own neglagence.  Does not want to pay and said he will ruin our christmas. People please do not fall for his false reports the guy cannot even spell leading me to believe he may be drunk while posting these false acusations.
