I bought some parts.  They didn't work on my bike.  I asked for return authorization.  They didn't answer multiple emails.  I filed a claim with PayPal.  PayPal refused my refund because I sent the products back via US Mail without a tracking number. 

Dollar amount was about $40, and I wasn't going to spend $40 to ship products back to get a $40 refund.  Still no response on refund from this vendor.  They ripped me off.
