Scott Hall of Chester County PA is an angry, manipulative sociopath. Beware of this individual. He will lie about everything and loves to play the role of the victim. He had 8 counts of harrassment and one summary charge against him for harrassing his ex girlfriend by phone and spitting in her face. He plea bargained to a lesser charges. Scott has no idea how to manage his finanaces, owes thousands to child support, and has an addiction to sex and porn. He does not care about anyone but himself and will be your friend as long as he can get something from you. This guy is a big loser.
