Only starting out modeling, "Scottie" got ahold of me to represent me. Doubtful at first, after hearing the great possibilites of getting into playboy I agreed to come out and shoot. I asked him prior to the arrangement to send me paperwork if there was any which he didnt. Taking hours to get ready and paying for hair, outfits and makeup I finally arrived at his "studio" accompanied by my younger friend. After 3 hours travel time Scottie notified me about the contract and refused to shoot unless I signed the document. He swore up and down that he sent the document prior to the arrangement, which he didnt. Frustrated and tired I glanced over the bogus contract with him going over it highlighting its best features. Once read, what I got out of it is aftershoot we will both look over pictures and submitt appropriate ones into playboy and areas of my interest. Everything was to be done with my permission only. Supposably great money was on the horizon for both of us. He also clearly stated that I could cancel my contract at any time which made him seem harmless so I glanced at my friend and signed the contract. During the shoot I was told to apply babyoil all over my body. As I was doing so Scottie was constantly insisting to "help me." At a moment I was mortified but he kept stating that it was fine and he did it all the time with his models. New to the industry, for a second i thought this was appropriate. After the shoot, I left with a pain in my stomaque, my gut was telling me something was wrong. I was really doubtful for a couple days, wondering if his actions were appropriate and whether I should contact a lawyer. With my reputation at stake, i was hoping the whole thing was going to blow over. After receiving the pictures I was very disappointed , they were very cheap looking. You could tell it was amateur work. Next thing I knew he posted them on his FB without my consent. The pictures he posted were trashy. WHen i told him I wanted to leave the agency because I wasnt happy with him he guilt tripped me for wasting his time because he had sooo much money invested in me. Come to find out he never paid his photographer. Feeling guilty and scared not knowing his intention I stuck around for a while to see if he was really about his word. He wasnt. Googling one day i came across one of his paid web sites, with my nude pictures in it! I felt like dying. He completely ruined my reputation The whole thing was so trashy, I was mortified. AFter I told him to take the pictures down he refused to do so for months, repeatedly stating I owed him something for wasting his time and money. After reading these posts about what a fake he is I Finally exploded and threatened legal action against him if he didnt take my piks down which only then he did so.
