It appears that there isn't a 'law' that requires an American worker to pay Federal Income tax on the money that he or she earns as a result of their 'labor'. (The tax is intended for companies and corporations that earn 'profits' and 'gains'.) 

There are a few occasions when an American will have to pay Federal Income tax. Example: If a person wins a lottery for $1 Million, then the money is taxable because that is considered a 'profit' or a 'gain'. A person who buys a $2 trifecta ticket at the Kentucky Derby and wins $5000.00 would also have to pay the tax because that would also be considered a 'profit' or a 'gain'. However, the money that an American worker earns as a result of his or her 'labor' is not taxable, according to the information in the above documentary and in the above article.

Simply ask a tax expert, a certified public account, or even an IRS employee the following question-

*Is there a law that requires an American worker to pay Federal Income tax on the money that he or she earns as a result of their 'labor'? (If they say 'yes', have them provide you with a copy of the 'law'.)
