I entered a scout fantasy football $35 starter league and won a $200 prize. In addition I had. $15 prize from 2015. I have sent the required w9 form and a signature guarantee on 2 different occasions in the last 2 months. This information is on my scout player dashboard. They have not responded to my emails.

Had I not googled my name today I wouldn't have ever found out about this. I researched and have found an email from a Kenneth Potok from Naples in my spam folder. I will email you today, but the process is simple. Hit the withdraw button from your dashboard, fill out the details and hit the submit button. We did receive the required W9 but that's not the prize request form. We have thousands of customers and have paid millions in prize funds in 2016, and we certainly will pay you your $200.
