Nautilus Cove Condo's management company (Seagrove on the Beach) finally files Liens on units 305 (Kristoff) & 601 (Karami)! So you miss a quarterly assessment, hey it happens - your out of town, the mail goes to an old address, the dog eats the bill, so no problem, right! So maybe you miss 2 quarterly assessments, still no big Federal case! Miss 3 and that is really pushing it. But here at NCC it seems you don't get a lien put on your property until 6 quarterly assessments are missed. That is 1 1/2 YEARS before the 'management company' bothers to do some managing! In the meantime those responsible owners who do pay are carrying the deadbeats for six quarters! (Maybe the 'management company' would like to wait a year and a half to get paid? or maybe we need another 'management company', one that will actually tend to business???) Copies of the 2 liens are available at: http://nautiluscondosrules.blogspot.com
