Seattle Mortgage, Seattle Bank, Seattle Holding Company, Seattle Financial Group abused & mistreated, corruption, false promises, slow prossessing Seattle Washington
Dealing with this company has been the worst experience of my life! Probably because they have such a "good" reputation. That is not the case, they just have a lot of power and friends in high places. They also hire large Law Firms to do their dirty work, a Law firm that falsified papers for HUD in the Gaston case in Oregon to steal their home.
This company convinced me to refinance my home to the tune of $8000.00 added to my home loan without a better interest rate. They promised a second loan if I refinanced with them to build my barn.
They never produced the second loan. They did not post payments when received and then send threatening letters. They showed $220.00 on their web site included in my loan as "current fees", when questioned they told me I never owed it but keep charging it anyway. They refused to answer a qualified written request for information.
This company made my life hell after I filed a complaint with the Washington Department of Financial Institutions, which by the way they were fould at fault. Stay away from this company. They also have some infraction with Office of Thrift Supervision but I cannot find out what it is. The people involved at this company and their law firm are Karen Mortensen, Erin Lindsey, Lance Olsen and Daryl Lyman. If you know any of these less than honest human beings tell them you saw them on RIP-OFFS!
