Seawest Financial is now called Consumer Portfolio Services. The phone number for CPS is 1-800-365-7285. Chances are, if you contact them, you won't get any help. Filing for a lost title won't get you anywhere either (been there, done that). I have filed complaints with the BBB and with my State Attorney General regarding both companies. You should do the same. If you choose to contact CPS, please post their response to you on this website. Also, you should check your credit report. That's how I found out about this game that Seawest is playing. I paid them off almost 3 years ago (never received my title)and then they go and tell this "new" company that I owe them $7,000! Check you report, the same could be happening to you!
