The building last known is owned by Chicago Tile and Cabinets Contractors and the owner leased the apt above the building to Sebastian and his wife Angelica. Sebastian also goes by the Alias Mark Vincent.
My wife was Ripped of by his credit restoration scam. Luckily I managed to get some of my money back by showing up to his place, but my friend was not so lucky.
