I first received, a large 3 or more inches thick manuscript type. I glanced thru it and I didn't like what I read so I put it back in the box along with a check of $139.95 for shipping & handling fees, because if I didn't return it within 10 days, the S&H fees will be increased. So I returned the box with manuscript and check for coverage of S&H fees. On the check and billing statement, I stated that as of March 16, 2015, this account was cancelled. Two or three weeks later, I received another type of manuscript in the mail This one looked more formal, "NEOTHINK " Supperpuzzle/Black cover, by Mark Hamilton, www.neothink.com. I'm also returning this latest arrival. I refuse to pay anymore S&H fees or any additional monies. It seems they disregarded my cancellation statements, and it looks like they're using different entities to keep sending these manuscripts thru the mail to incur additional charges.
