Secret Serum Secret Serum is a rip-off. Ordered free trial March 29th & didn't receive until April 18th and they charged my credit card 176.81 on 4/15 instead of the $29..80 I authorized. When I inquired about the mischarge and asked for a credit they refused. Lewiston Maine
On 3/29 I placed an order for a free trial for what I thought was and Anti-Aging Treatment and ended up with two other products; 1 free and 1 for $19.95 and was charged at total of $29.80 per the invoice included in the package. I didn't receive the products until April 18th and they charged my credit card for $176.81 on April 15th. Today, 4/27/17, I was reviewing my credit card statement and found no charge for the $29.80 but one for $176.81 I called the number on the invoice/packing sheet to inquire about the mistake and asked to have it corrected, I was told I didn't cancel within 15 days of placing the order so no refund was available and I had been upgraded to the VIP plan. I explained that I hadn't had the product for 15 days and they had charged my card before I ever received the product and she said I'm sorry but there are no refunds. I told the lady at the call center that I didn't want the product, one of them actually turned my skin red, and asked to speak with a supervisor, which she refused and said the company, Secret Serum, never speaks to people that everything is handled thru the Customer Service Center (some customer service). When I asked for the company's phone number she said she didn't have a number but she could send and email and request a 50% refund. We'll see if I ever receive a partial refund.
Secret Serum may work for some people but their busines practices are unethical and their customer service is awful and I believe their advertising is fradulent.
