Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was forced to leave SNAAC recently because they took an honest mistake and turned it into an object of betrayal.  I beleive their pretentious and uptight President (the wife of the husband/wife duo who own the company) thought I made too much money (they're CHEAP!) and/or just didnt personally like me.

I spent 2+ years there and took part in the very collections and recovery processes that all of you soldiers have experienced.  Although while there, I worked hard and was loyal (I am to any employer), they fought my unemployment insurance benefits as if I was a poor performing employee (again, they are CHEAP).

As a result, my own life is now in financial ruins as well as that of my children and their mom as I can no longer pay the support I want/have to.  The BIGGEST irony of my situation is that my own boss there, the vice president of collections and "customer care" as they call it, said and did things that were worse than the honest mistake I made (such as disclosing salaries to me I had no business knowing).  However, he is still there because he buys into the cult of personality that is this business.  To prove his untouchable status, he openly admits that he was promoted to VP AFTER having an affair with a subordinate who later became his wife!

Yes, this company does buy high interest auto contracts.  Yes, they deal with auto dealers who seek out the soldiers dying for our country and often times make false VERBAL claims about their interest rates despite the terms of the contract.  After all, they want to sell under valued, high priced cars and SNAAC wants to charge as much as possible for it!  And yes, they are obssessive, compulsive and unprofessionally aggressive in their tactics.  One of the departments I managed (recovery) NEVER had to follow the FDCPA (Federal Collection Law)!!!  They only did after a class-action attorney contacted them about several breaches of North Carolina law.  IF THEY TALK TO YOUR COC IN NC, GET AN ATTORNEY!  And If you must do business with them, READ YOUR CONTRACT FIRST, especially the TILA portion!

But take it from me, they treated me just like they treat you.  The owners and this "Golden Child" VP of theirs are extraordinarily cheap, giving the worst raises I have ever seen as a manager, all while blowing smoke at the good employees about how valuable they are!  And make NO MISTAKE about it.  They make GREAT MONEY.  2009 was their most profitable year yet--I have several of their MOST INTIMATE financial statements (although they think they got all of them from me).  Until I consult with an attorney about what I can and cant disclose publicly on this website, you must contact me directly for details.  I WILL POST MORE AND GREATER DETAILS OF THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL DEALINGS AS I DETERMINE MORE WHAT MY RIGHTS ARE TO DO SO!

And God Bless everyone of you who fights, dies or may be injured in any of America's theaters of war.  I now know your pain first hand.

Every soldier, former or current customer of snaac who has complained about their unprofessional, obssessive and hard collection tactics should know this:

IT BOTHERS THE HELL OUT OF THEM!!!  I know this because when I started there, a document from one of their attorney's was going around management/executives and it was an investigation into what they could do to shut you or ripoffreport up!

Thanks to the American Freedoms each of you defends or has defended, THEY CANT!  So keep up the posting and as a former manager, it is MY PLEDGE to verify the truth indeed behind the claims you have against them.

Finally, the last sentence in my original posting was wrong.  I am not a member of the military and I do NOT know that kind of pain firsthand.  I DO KNOW the pain of dealing with this money hungry, stingy and abusive company!  Please forgive my indiscretion, if it offended anyone.
