Security Title Agency ripoff my signature forged, notorized by Security Title manager for $1,000,000.00. need advice help, Phoenix and Mesa Arizona
My name is Barbara. I will try to be brief. Me and my x-partners co., Lando Properties L.L.C. is currently in a law suit w/ Bavarian Investments over a property and co. purchase of one (plus) million dollars.
I didn't operate the new business nor was I allowed in any books or paperwork of the company, just a 'puppet;, scapegoat', fallguy', 'workhorse' of my two male partners. I was not involved in the purchase, trusted my partners, thought "woopee" we're buying a business. 'didn't give a thought to 'how' it was bought, just sat fat, dumb & happy on my little 1 1/4 acre lot, in a travel trailer, near Showlow, Az while my "whole life" was being 'signed away'.
On the day of closing, at SECURITY TITLE AGENCY, INC. in Mesa, arizona, my signature was FORGED on a personal guarantee note for one million dollars, NOTARIZED by Lou Dahlstrand - manager w/still another 'type' handwriting on the notary date & FIGURE THIS PART OUT IF YOU WILL, Lou Dahlstrand was "not even in the office and out on sick leave" on the day of closing.
The 'new business' went defunct, it's an extensive story and case & I stand to lose everything I have (which isn't much anymore), including even 'my dogs', through impending judgements & leins. I left the 'settlement conference' a few days ago, looked around & realized that myself, out of 11 people present, was the only one who had shed any tears & that I was the one who will be the most hurt by the whole thing. There's something sorely wrong w/this picture. I'm going to come out the loser, if I don't do something fast.
THE TITLE CO. HAS ADMITTED THAT MY SIGNATURE IS, INDEED, FORGED & WAS NOTARIZED BY "SOMEONE" IN THEIR EMPLOY. (Handwriting expert in agreement)
There is quite a lot more to this story, too much to go on w/here. My x-partner summed it up, in a heated argument, that I'm just "flat stupid". Maybe he was right, while I was mixed up w/ the both of them, but I'd like to think that I'm 'learning' how not to be stupid anymore on my own. He also said I should "keep my mouth shut". I suppose that if I were in his shoes, I would indeed 'keep my mouth shut'. There were at least 10 other innocent people (one of which is physically ill & totally innocent) who were, in one way or another, hurt by this mess financially. When Security Title decides to compensate me, for a decent sum, I intend to see that these people are paid. I will put my life back together, with a clear concscience even though I wasn't 'directly' responsible for their hurt.
I need the help of anyone else who is in litigation or drawn suit against Security Title Agency. Or help w/any other knowledge or advice. Or even advice on how to best 'broadcast' my story. I think 'publicity' would make some difference. Maybe we could work together. What they did to me was WRONG & will they, or have they done it to someone else? file charges and sue him for the million plus what ever wrong deeds he did to you, and have the other people join the suit for their share. add in pain and suffering (loss of pets that are like your own children), pain and suffering of other people. In order to get a decent lawyer, offer say 15% of whatever you receive in awards. The lawyers will run to represent you in this case. However due diligence of the lawyers recovery record will be your. Let me know how it goes...
