Purchased a "spy pen" from this company. When it arrived, it was acommpanied by a three page type written, gramatically challenged "manual". The instructions were followed properly, but the device failed on the third use. When I emailed Bill (the "owner" with "30+ years of experience") to ask if there was anything I could do to trouble shoot, I received the strangest reponse. In a series of emails, he blamed me for the failure of the product and proceeded to insult me over and over again
Which caused me to do a post mortem on the experience. Well, it turns out that he pays his reviewers to post postive reviews, that the device's failure rate is much higher than he claims, and that his security "experience" is well exaggerated -- other than selling equipment, he has no experience. I also note that almost every comment not on his own site mentions how extremely, almost comically. rude he is.
So, in conclusion, the product is a fraud, the company is a fraud, the owner is a fraud. Stay away.
