I wanted to complain about the company and the way the treated me over the phone. I order this product back in Dec. 2004 and I was laid off from my job a week after that. I really had so much going on around me that I forgot the package.

Well, I contacted them on the 20th of Jan. 2005 to let them know that I didn't need the product due to my situation and that I would be sending the items ordered back. They told me that I had a warrently date and that date expired on Jan 14th 2005. I was six days late with calling to do anything. I told them my situation and they in turn told me to fax them my reason for not wanting the product.

After I did that I sent the package back to them UPS next day delivery. I then recieved a letter that weekend basicly telling me that they would not honor my request. I then called customer service thing Monday morning 1-31-05 asking about the letter. I wanted to speak to someone in management. I spoke with a William who claimed to be the Manager/Owner for the See Clearly Method/ Call Center. Now I researched this company and no that he wasn't the owner and as far as Im concern he wasn't a manager either. But this guy would not let me speak to his superior at all.

I felt that I was rob out of my money. I sent the product back not wanting it and all he could tell me is it was the company policy and guildines and he couldn't hornor my request. I'm a mother of 5 children trying to do what is best for my family and I can't afford the product because I have been laid off from my job. He didn't care about me or anyone else that choose to not buy this product. Im sending this over to let everyone know that The See Clearly Method is a RIP OFF and should be closed down for FRAUD!!!

They will hit your credit report even if you reverse a CC Charge

I paid the $10 charge for the "FREE" trial with a debit card that during the month of the trial had to be replaced due to un-related fraud. After I sent the product back they demanded payment because I was a couple of days late. When I refused they hit my credit report. I recently refinanced my house and the mortgage company required that I pay them off. I have a check for $389.00 and having a hard time sending it to them because they are such scum bags. That's my too cents.

I did not order their product but did research them, and while it sounds good their product is a sham, and nothing about it actually works. If you paid by credit card, I suggest you dispute it, before your 60 day period runs out. If you did not pay by credit card your options are limited. NExt time check out www.snopes.com which is helpful in sorting fact and fiction on many topics.
