SELBIZ Coropation makes up there own contracts even though we had cancelled our none binding contract. Great huh havent herd anything from these dirtbags untill the sales man the had left the company in seven months , no phone cxalls , no emails, until they came acroos an old file that the salesman had and had not destroyed as instructed. Really the salesman had no problem with the cancellation, But when his Boss the owner MOTI KAZ got a hold of it he wanted to reistate the old cancelled contract. there was the femal assistant called me after seven months and told me that she wanted to update the info on my business, I told her WE DONT HAVE A CONTRACT with SELBIZ she said to me oh yes you do when asked to talk to the salespewrson I was dealing with they said he does not work here anymore . Well I Had a little talk to MOTO KAZ who now says he wants $6500 to cancel and cancelled contract. He says he is going to send it in for COLLECTIONS. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU. Ther are ripoff merchants. They actually think I am going to pay them? NOT. However I will SUE them.

Collection agency for SELLBIZ refuses to take case for SELLBIZ

This company SELLBIZ put us in for collections for a contract that does not exist , funny how WHEN we go to court how these dirtbags are going to be paying me. The First collections agency Merchants & professional credit bureau, inc got my response and proof that we owe NOTHING to MOTI KAZ @ SELLBIZ Dated 08-30-13.
The letter says NOTICE OF CANCELLATION and returned claim. to SELLBIZ . MOTI KAZ. IT SAYS we have cancelled and returned your claim back to our client, We will no longer handle this claim for them, meaning SELLBIZ.
Now if any other businesses out there are having these FALSE claims from SELLBIZ or MOTI KAZ. please feel free to contact me to fight these liars and cheats. Our second Collection company C2C Resources LLC is now trying the same scam for SELLBIZ because they DONT GET PAYED unless they get JUDGEMENT.
SO GO FOR IT MOTI . We are waiting and it will be GOODBYE SELLBIZ no longer in busness after 30 odd years of trying to RIP PEOPLE OFF

Would you be surprised to learn that that this was the second business this complainer listed with us.
We really cannot defend ourselves via this kind of websites, where anyone can write anything, owing to the fact that there are no checks and balances or due diligent mechanism, and everything written is published automatically. You may wonder why the complainers did not sue us, as their accusations are tremendous. Well in court you actually have to prove your case and the complainers cannot. Bottom-line; our only fault is that we insist to get paid for services rendered.
Keep all that in mind if you read the complaints, and remember, “We have been selling businesses for 31 years, and that speaks for itself and proves we do it right!”
…and lastly, that is very interesting; the Rip Off Report company has the lowest rating of the BBB rating system…need we say more?

Hi there,
If you're interested we could try to find a few more people and do a class action lawsuit against this company. Let's put them out of business. The lied to us and said many things which was never deliver than when we cancelled they want $6500 too. Thanks!
