They took my Black Berry Curve #9360 in good condition like new and kept the phone and my charger.
They offered to recycle it for me after they offered $22.00 for it with the charger.
I was outraged and asked at least send my USB charger back and they sent one that wasn't mine.
Mine was brand new. The one they sent me was 8 years old.They owe me $22.00 for my phone and charger. They sent me a box to send it to them. It fit the description to the T. The ripped me off my cell phone and charger.
