They are a cell phone recyle internt company. They recievd my cell phone on 12/5/2011. They were to issue a $51.00 payment five days after recving the phone. I have sent them many email about my payemnt to whcih I have not recieved any respone. Ther is np phone number ophysical address listed on the web site. I still have not recieved my payment of $51.00. They are a scam

I finally track them down through the BBB in San Francisco: http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/cellular-telephone-equipment-and-supplies/cellular-wings-in-san-francisco-ca-378875. The BBB clearly shows both Cellular Wings and sellandrecycle.com owned by Giovanni Gastelum

The owner stated he never recieved the emails, I use his own site to send the contact information. He can check my email vs the payments. He is a scam artist
