This company promises you a small fee in return for your broken phone. My phone had fallen and the screen was cracked and it did not turn on. To get an offer of payment they ask for three pieces of information.

The device has 0 imperfections, looks in brand new condition. - I answered no.

Doesn’t power on, has cracks or serious damage on housing or screen. - I answered YES
Based on their criteria, I was offered $40 for my phone. When they received it they said there was a significant discrepency between my stated condition of the phone and what they recieved as the motherboard was damaged. . . WHAT!!!!! My phone was exactly as described by their own categories.
Now they want $6.99 to send me back my broken phone. . .
All they do is lie. . .lie. . . lie. This is a scam to steal your broken phones so they can get it for free and break them down for parts that they will sell at a profit. This is a scam that must be stopped!!!
