Then we contacted paypal and the still fought us. Dont believe this company's refund policy. They are a bunch of scammers and sell software that doesnt work. [email protected]
They go by Custom Web GmbH and Sellxed. They are a supplier to Magento and will do their best to not give your money back. Even in 3 hours if you cancel, they will not refund. Scam. Fraudulent. And a big waster of time. They should not be in business.
