MERCHANDISE DEPARTMENT IN BACK: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE  I cannot be more pleased with the men and women who work in the back.  Every time I've visited here, all my questions have been answered, all have been friendly and helpful.

SALES DEPARTMENT IN THE FRONT: If I could rate this place less than a one star, I would.  I actually had a sales person lie to me that I needed to fill out an application to retrieve a soft inquiry (credit score only).  He submitted my application to the finance department as though I was ready to submit my application to any and all banks until it was approved.  As I've bought houses, cars, and most recently, a motorcycle from another dealership 2/6/2015, this was not my first rodeo, and I was only there to see if it would be beneficial to my husband if we traded his motorcycle there for a new one that I would be added to the loan.  Not only was I not allowed to speak with anyone in the financial department when I called today, multiple times, but I had someone who claimed to be manager of the sales department get loud with me, as though I had done something wrong.  I made it expressly clear that my application was NOT to be submitted to ANY bank by them, but at this point, I'm sitting with two, possibly three inquiries that I did not want.  I have good credit for a reason - I don't apply, apply, apply.  

Not only will I NEVER shop here again (which is a shame for them b/c my last purchase was close to $900 and that's the norm for us), but I will take the appropriate reporting measures so that this can be publicly aware to anyone looking to shop dealerships, and hopefully will not happen to anyone else.

After the owner received the complaints, he assured me the salesperson was educated. Furthermore, he has assured me that he will assist in getting the inquiries removed. The owner is cooperative and understanding, and I do believe that the situation will be completely resolved. 

At at this time, I would like the report to be removed. If not, I'd like this update to stand permanently.
