This company was to provide appointments with people between 64 and 65 who did not have a Medicare Advantage plan, so that I could talk to them about their insurance plan. Not one of the expensive 20 leads that I paid for was I able to use as they all had Medicare advantage plans and several were well over 65.
The company would not return calls or e-mails to stop these leads until I could talk with someone about them. The callers making the appointments had accents so strong that even I could only understand parts of their canned approach, and I knew what they were going to say. They also used abbreviated words like Jan instead of just saying January, and they spoke fast. Many I called on did not realize they had made an appointment.
Beware of this company whose focus seems to be taking your money and not providing the service they promise.
