Heres how the scam works: The "free trial" box actually ALSO includes an additional month of product. so after you use up your free month, you still have a month in the box. when i returned it, they said i also had to return the EMPTY boxes with the unused boxes. this is how they get your money. it says in the fine print, if you do not return the empty boxes along with the unused boxes, you will get charged $89. who knew I had to save my trash? its very deceiving and confusing and complicated. the customer service reps are rude and say things like "its not my problem you didnt read the fine print." this is so difficult to find on the site or in the package, i bet they make $89 per 'free trial' order. hope someone files a class action lawsuit soon.
