Service Evaluation Concepts Check Fraud, Decatur Ga
I received a Priority Mail 2-Day delivered envelope. The return address was from "Imma Skamer", which was my first clue that something was not right. Inside was a check made payable to me in the amount of $1,980.00 and a letter from Service Evaluation Concepts with instructions on how to deposit the check, etc. It was a "First Assignment as a survey analyst at Walmart." Totally bogus. I'm trying to figure out how to report to the US Postal Inspector.
