Service Protection Advantage, Rapid City, SD they ask me to find a local repairman, pay him, & send them the Bill & they would reimburse me, $150 charge, they never paid me Rapid City South Dakota
I called for Dishwasher repair in January 2018, it wouldn't drain, they said they didn't have anybody to send, that if I could find some repairman locally for me to pay him & they would refund my money, I found a local repaiman, he fixed the dishwasher I sent them a copy of the repair Bill $150.00, I got NO REFUND!!!! WHERE'S MY "Reimbursement"?? I have called many times getting the same "song & dance" answer from different people that my check would be in the Mail on the next Monday? many Mondays have passed and NO CHECK????
