Sheehy Ford lazy false promises Gaithersburg Maryland
Took my car into dealership (I am on Ford's maintanence plan) and told them that I also needed my alignment fixed. I took the car in Friday at 8am and the mechanic said that he would be able to change my oil and could probably also have the alignment fixed by that afternoon. At 6pm I called to find out what was going on and he said that the oil change was done but not the alignment which would definately be done on Saturday, probably around 10 or 11am.
Saturday afternoon comes and I still hadn't heard from him. I call a little after 1pm on Saturday and find out they are CLOSED! I didn't know they closed at 1 on Saturdays, but couldn't he have called me to at least let me know???
They are closed on Sundays so there was nothing I could do unitl Monday. I called Monday morning and he said the alignment was STILL not done but that he could fix it that day. I was stuck without my car all that time for NO REASON.
I had to go to work so I said forget it and had their shuttle pick me up. When I came to pick up my car he had the nerve to tell me that I could bring my car over another day to have the alignment fixed. Yeah Right!
They never called me once that whole time to tell me what was going on. I'd rather they just tell me they didn't have time to do it in the first place. Do not go to Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg unless you want to be lied to and have your time wasted!
